We inspect all sizes of residential and commercial property, existing or under construction.  Our Residential services range from single family homes to multifamily structures.  Commercial services include schools, banks, nursing homes, hospitals, etc.

We pay close attention to home/property's maintenance, and quality of builder's workmanship. We inspect your home/property as if we were going to buy it ourselves.

We can do the following and provide references to any of them :

• Existing home inspection regardless of age,type, size or location

• New home construction at any stage during construction, when it is ready for occupancy, prior to the expiration the warranty period. These are a combination of code compliance and workmanship.

• Plan review to verify the construction documents are complete and code compliant. We may make suggestion such as materials of methods.

• Project administration management (We provide architectural supervision including review of the builder's request for advancement of funds, The service is similar to the AIA procedures.

• We provide advice on the builder's request for advancement of funds (Called Bank Draws)

• Individual Water well inspection evaluating the type of well, type of pump, the electrical, regulating equipment and sampling the water to test for e-coli bacteria

• On Site Sewerage Facilities anaerobic or aerobic.

• Multifamily inspections including duplexes to multi-building and multistory. This includes needs assessment, due diligence or conventional inspection listing critical and noncritical items.

• Institutional inspections such as schools,, day care, hotels, motel , hospitals, bath houses, assisted living, and nursing homes.

• Commercial inspections such as strip shopping centers, banks retail stores, car dealership etc.

• Industrial inspections such as factories and plants.

• Special inspections such as foundation, framing, roof, electrical, heating and air-conditioning, cladding, etc.
  

Additional building/inspection services:

• Mechanical, electrical and plumbing certification such as those required by HUD/FHA or the lender.
