Our Residential services range from single
family homes to multifamily structures.
Commercial services include schools, banks,
nursing homes, hospitals, etc.

close attention to home/property's maintenance, and quality of builder's
workmanship. We inspect your home/property as if we were going to buy
it ourselves.
We can do the following and provide references to any of

New home construction at any stage during construction, when it is
ready for occupancy, prior to the expiration the warranty period.
These are a combination of code compliance and workmanship.

Plan review to verify the construction documents are complete and

including review of the builder's request for advancement of funds,
